​Bridges are the main connection between Wanhua and the outside world and the main sense of arrival when entering Taipei. This case is based on bridges and visual landscapes. The bridge will enter the gateway landscape of Wanhua as the conception, combined with the vigorous agriculture of South Wanhua. Historical background texture. Through vertical landscape thinking, the top of the building to the ground is transformed into a vertical sequence of the site’s past mountains and forests, agriculture to the stratigraphic landscape, and combined with the site’s diverse community life to create an inclusive living environment that complements nature and complements each other for all ages.

Space design concept
The texture of the geological section of the Taipei City Basin is extracted from the sequence, and the underground concept is extended to the life connection between people and the land, and transformed into the ground floor outdoor space use, and distinguishes the pedestrian, planting, belt-shaped rest and other spaces, and forms a unique pavement at the same time form.

Planting configuration ideas
Integrate the activity space attribute of the ground floor configuration with the outdoor landscape space, and use evergreen and characteristic planting and seasonal planting as the main collocation to create a diverse landscape of the district. In the district, there are four districts: square planting, street planting, grass planting, and forest planting, with different planting densities and visual characteristics. In the characteristic square and the strip-shaped rest space, the plants choose multi-color ornamental nature, and through different functional partitions, create a multi-layered and multi-layered planting landscape.

Pavement plan
The pavement form integrates the railway and the geological texture of the Taipei Basin, reflecting the uniqueness of the base’s history, and also increasing the interest of the space. The open space and the outdoor space of the kindergarten are smooth and unobstructed. The streets and corner squares are based on the principle of permeable pavement and coordinated with the distribution of plants to increase the water retention of the base and delay the benefits of runoff. The outdoor space of the kindergarten is composed of grass and outdoor non-slip rubber floor tiles.
