設計構想及策略為龍山333，採原有龍山機動所之「龍山」字樣，加上第一個3為本次規劃範圍為三個樓層，第二個3即本次創造待勤室裝修風格設計有三種，第三個3即是提供待勤同仁有三個選擇。
每間待勤室規畫皆為相同格局及家具配置，希望創造在造價相同的狀況下，利用規劃方式包含選用不同地坪、天花及牆面的材質或顏色的設計手法，創造出三種裝修風格，提供給待勤同仁們有更多選擇，以提供更好的更舒適的待勤居住品質，提升整體待勤空間。
每層待勤室皆平均分配有三種風格之待勤室空間設計，而在各層門廳、文康室、廁所、淋浴間、洗曬衣區及走道之公共空間之設計，則是以樓層分配，每層設計各一種風格。

The design concept and strategy is Longshan 333, adopting the original Longshan mobile station's "Longshan" word, plus the first 3 is the planning scope of three floors, and the second 3 is the decoration style design of the waiting room. There are three types, and the third 3 is to provide staff on duty with three options.
Each waiting room is planned with the same layout and furniture configuration. It is hoped to create three decoration styles by using the planning method including the selection of different floor, ceiling, and wall materials or colors under the same construction cost. , To provide more choices to the on-duty colleagues to provide better and more comfortable on-duty living quality and improve the overall on-duty space.
The waiting room on each floor is equally distributed with three styles of waiting room space design, and the design of the public space in the lobby, cultural and recreational room, toilet, shower room, washing area, and aisle on each floor is allocated by floor. Each layer design has a style.
