澎湖新店路位於國際廣場與第三魚市場,也是進入馬公市區其中一條重要道路之一。新店路透過203線道連接到澎湖機場,所以也扮演從機場進入到市區的道路門戶景觀與重要的抵達意象。因此,新店路道路景觀不只是一條運輸的道路工程,是整個道路景觀形象的打造。

 

線性的道路景觀需要透過連續性的元素創造道路景觀的透視感,可以透過植栽、指標、燈柱照明等街道家具創造街道景觀的視覺感。同時新店路緊鄰第三漁港,行駛在道路中體驗第三漁港的都市空間經驗。澎湖港灣與海洋的自然意象,成為街道鋪面設計與街道景觀的元素之一,創造景觀與港灣城市的結合。

 

國際廣場前停車場景觀性不佳,漁港旁的漁業作業距離活動空間較靠近,嘗試以總體景觀設計方式讓兩邊都能有較完整的活動空間,並且重新調整與梳理基地上的空間配置與景觀特性。

Penghu Xindian Road is located at the International Plaza and the Third Fish Market and is also one of the important roads into the downtown area of ​​Magong. Xindian Road is connected to Penghu Airport through Route 203, so it also acts as a gateway landscape and an important image of arrival from the airport to the city. Therefore, the broad landscape of Xindian Road is not only a road project for transportation but also an image of the entire road landscape.

The linear road landscape needs to create a sense of perspective of the road landscape through continuity elements. It can create a visual sense of the street landscape through street furniture such as plants, indicators, and lamp post lighting. At the same time, Xindian Road is close to the third fishing port, driving on the road to experience the urban space experience of the third fishing port. The natural image of the Penghu harbor and the ocean has become one of the elements of street pavement design and street landscape, creating a combination of landscape and harbor city.

The parking lot in front of the International Plaza has a poor landscape. The fishery operations next to the fishing port are relatively close to the activity space. Try to use the overall landscape design method to provide a more complete activity space on both sides, and re-adjust and sort out the space configuration and landscape characteristics on the base.
