The Taichung Fazi River Basin is the mother river of Taichung. It has a rich ecological landscape. In recent years, it has also been a field of environmental conservation and education. Through the interior design of the fourth floor of the Taichung Fish Market, which is next to the riverside of the Raft River, a Taichung Water Culture and Environment Education Center was created. And through the roof landscape design, it becomes the best activity and water culture education observation platform for viewing Raft Creek ecological education. At the same time, it is connected to the river embankment through a landscape bridge, thereby becoming a space that combines interior and landscape.

The main axis of the design concept is “Taichung Mother River, Ecological Raft Creek” to create an environmental exploration guide pavilion for “Blue Creek Mid-Bottom, Fish Swimming Aquarium Exhibition” and “Fish Swimming Raft Creek, Ecological Island in the Creek” The roof level and the "Yuyue Raft Creek, Ecological Guide Bridge" Raft Creek Landscape Pedestrian Bridge.
